Wow, the colours are stunning in this shot. The only thing I would change is perhaps making the horizon line two thirds up the photo, the rule of thirds really does bring the most out of a sunrise/sunset shot. Excellent job.

The only thing I would change is the bottom border. I would edit the picture so that the sun is 1/3 of the way up the picture, instead of having it be in the middle. Other then that, Beautiful picture.
