Oh, that's pretty cool. I have never done played a Dragon Age game, but damn if that isn't impressive looking as hell

i'd say they're worth checking out. just keep in mind that inquisition will practically spoil the whole storyline of dragon age origins and dragon age 2 (mostly dragon age 2). the first 2 games have outdated graphics, but hopefully it won't be too jarring
if you are interested in fully experiencing the story, i would recommend playing the games in order. if not, starting with inquisition is completely fine as well; the character cameos will just not have a strong impact
dragon age 2 is usually considered to be the weakest installment in the series by many players, but it's not as terrible as they make it out to be. it simply didn't live up to the standards of the first game (although, i have to admit, i didn't enjoy it as much as origins, but it's not too bad)

cool! i hope you'll enjoy it! oh, i forgot to mention: inquisition has some story elements based on the dragon age 2 DLC: legacy. playing the legacy DLC is not required, but it would help fill in some context for inquisition.

That is a bit annoying but it isn't the worst thing I've heard. I'll try to get the DLC along with 2,and Origins. Thanks again for the recommendation, these games seem like fun!
