Description
I present to you my own version of Kovu's father, Paka.
In my headcanon, Kovu is the illegitimate son of prince Paka and Zira's half-sister, who is still nameless.
Paka was a prince in another pride, he is very calm and serious, and always follows the rules. He is almost a strictly political being and puts his pride's interests and reputation above everything else, so when Zira's sister found out about her pregnancy she knew her cub would never have a future in the pride, his father would likely just pretend he was never born to protect his family's honor, that if his family didn't order the execution of the cub once he was born. She then decided to take a leap of faith and leave her pride, and months later, when she was weak from wandering and close to giving birth, she was found by Zira in a den near the border of the PrideLands.

Paka is another very old character of mine, I think I first designed him around 2012.
