The blonde is Skylar and the brunette is Skye. Their original/alternate names are/were Hikaru and Hikari but I gave them English names since I got out of the Japanese phase years and years ago.

Oh, wow. The coloring and concept of this is just gorgeous, but I feel kind of silly to say that for some reason, the think that strikes me the most is all the crystals, especially the two on the necklace.
