I thank you so much for making this piece. I had a hard time picturing this scene in my mind, but now it is a lot easier. I love your rendition of Tom Riddle. I can actually identify him with Voldemort now.
The hand bugs me a little, but overall the piece is fab.

Great work. Love the Cup detail and his features really have something that reminds me of Voldemort (like the cheeks). I like the expression, too.

Wow, this is very, very cool. Its amazing how such a simple design can be so inherently dramatic, the tilt of the head, the placement of the cup, the reflections...
And somehow you've managed to capture the cup's golden sheen so that it looks, golden.
The only critique would be about the hands, especially Tom's. It is an awkward position, but I'd still like to see where the rest of his fingers are.
Overall, though, great work!

Hey, thanks. The image has been in my head since I read HBP, took a while to get it out. Re: hands, yeah somewhere between the foreshortening and the distortion things went south, I may take some reference photos and see what I can do. Thanks for your input.
