not allowed to use what without ur permission...if ur talking abou the Mangekyou Rinnegan, not only did u not create the Naruto idea but the only thing that u have that i dont have is a picture of ur version of what u think it should look like. Hens u cant claim any noruto idea with a money profit cause they can sue you. If u aint seeking money for ur drawing then y do u care how people use ur drawing for.....long story short, i dont kno u but u appear to b an ninformed ass hole.

When you write a fanfiction, do you have author's permission to us his characters and his story ? No. But it's became YOUR story and you don't want that anybody use your work.
Of course Kishimoto don't give me his permission. But now it's MY work. So if I don't want that anybody edit or use it, it's my choice. Not yours.
And nobody give me money for this thing -_-'
