I saw the new poster and like that they went with this shot. It sets the tone really well.

Over at Marvel Studios they are turning their own heroes into jokes. Is that any better?

But I believe they are wasting other great characters as well just to make their movies
Β into comedies. Take Ronan for example!
Or Loki: While his plan made perfect sense in the first Thor movie and had a reason
for doing everything he did, in Avengers he was reduced to a guy walking around,
screaming and made fun of! Why? Because they wanted a funny film, so they
don't waste time on characterization.
They sure took the time to fill the script with silly one-liners though.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion and you have every right to like marvel movies,
but please don't judge any other movie even before you see it, just because it's
made by another studio.
Believe me, I hated cloud-Galactus (who didn't? Β ) and the new FF trailer left me
completely impassive, but I am waiting to see the movie and tell my opinion later.
Sorry for the lenghty response but that's how I feel. I am a Marvel fan and I love
the characters. I want to see good superhero movies as much
as you do, so no hard feelings I hope!
