Rocky Shore - August 2012What our waters look like after a tropical disturbance. This was taken today, the day following the passing of TS/Hurricane Isaac.

Nice shot. The colours are especially pleasant, natural, and the perspective allows the watcher to focus on both the dark blue of the sea in the background and the reddish brown of the rocks in the foreground. My compliments.

Perfectly fine. It was supposed to swing closer to my area (within 70 miles), but it jogged further West into the Gulf and missed us by more than 150 miles. Because of that, we only got some gusty winds (at most it was a few hours of 50mph) and several inches of rain, no biggie. It kicked up our surf quite nicely, and we still have these brooding clouds to contend with, but it was juts standard "meh" weather hahaha
