Description Here he is! Daroach is probably one of my favorite gijinkas of mine. I decided to go with a white background bc Daroach's color scheme is already grey and would blend into the background xP. Still am not sure about if I like how I utilized grey in his palette though... I may change it to be more bluish.

Daroach is the leader of the infamous air-pirate crew, the Squeaks, or the Squeak Squad. He's a very charismatic man with a strong sense of adventure, as well as a strong sense for treasure. He loves to boast about himself but can also be very humble when talking with his crew, whom he has a deep relationship with (though he doesn't like to admit it). Being an adult, unlike most of the cast, he will sometimes need to play the voice of reason and logic, though he's ironically not very good with children.

To Kirby, Daroach is something of the "cool uncle." Daroach is thankful to Kirby since he saved him from Dark Nebula, so allows Kirby to visit the Squeaks and even enter his airship. Kirby is very respectful to Daroach and usually addresses him as "Mister Daroach," despite his insistence to be called "Captain." This is all taken very lightly though, and Daroach will offer to give him hints towards treasure and just life advice in general. Kirby feels very happy to keep the Squeaks company, who are usually off the ground in search of treasure.

The Squeaks weren't always mouse-eared, however. Daroach has a sensitive side to himself since he believes he is the one to blame for cursing his crew. Though Daroach and the rest of the Squeaks have never admitted this outside themselves, they were cursed when searching for forbidden treasure, owned by Dark Matter. The curse gave them mouse ears and whiskers as punishment for being "thieving 'rats'." Spinni and Storo have small tails. Daroach believes it was his fault for pushing his crew too far in the search for such a dangerous item, and struggles with this guilt a lot.

Daroach also has two mechanical arms (only his right is seen here). The prosthetics go up to his elbows. I was trying to think of a way to incorporate his claws and I thought giving him--a pirate--some kind of prosthetic would actually fit quite well. I think I'm actually pretty proud of that design choice lol.
