Ok. So, I cheated with Rose and Lissa. They aren't really lovers, but I ship them in a femslash ship. XD

So, here we have:
Princess Bonnibel Bubblegum x Marceline the Vampire Queen from Adventure Time (semi-canon, although not able to be explicitly shown on the show because of censors or something dumb like that :/) Marceline is of course the vampire and Bonnibel is a sentient humanoid bubblegum mutant creature.)

Carmilla x Laura from Carmilla (amazing vampire webseries. Don't let the lack of special effects, limited settings, or short episode lengths turn you away. That's actually what makes it better. Carmilla and Laura become canon sometime in the first season, complete with both adorable cheek kisses and romantic lip kisses.)(Carmilla is a vampire and Laura is a human. It's based on a book, but the book is much more depressing. Also, the book is a very old classic book. The words/language in it are surprisingly easy to understand, however, compared to things like say Shakespeare or Jane Eyre. )

Last is Rose and Lissa from the movie, Vampire Academy. They are not a canon couple, but they have a very strong platonic friendship and are said to be bonded to each other, with Rose being Lissa's guard/protector/guide or whatever. They even have a strong physic connection and can see what the other sees and feel what the other feels. And sometimes Rose even lets Lissa feed off of her. This is also based on a book(well an entire book series really), but I haven't read it yet. I've only seen the movie. I don't know what the books are like, but I totally shipped them in the movie in spite of the fact that they both ended up with male love interests. Lissa is a good vampire (Moroi) from a royal family line and Rose is a half-human/half-vampire creature called a Dhampir.
