Description I met Bob the cat, and his owner James near Neil's Yard in London last week, and I went straight to Waterstone's and bought their book: "A Street Cat Named Bob".
Bob the cat has gained a lot of publicity in London for being such a cool and highly intelligent character. He came into the life of busker James, who had a history of loss and homelessness, and basically followed him everywhere, even on the bus. James is clearly a lovely fellow, and the couple are now inseparable. The book is a heart-warming, lovely tail, (I mean tale!) of hope and optimism, resilience, unconditional love and commitment.

Seriously, if you like cats, please buy this book, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely cat, and he's so smart. Giving James a high-five and sitting on his shoulders.

The movie is out now in the UK.

Having read the book, I immediately recognised the pair. Nice to see they're both well.
