Description
Aleski the "Hyper Chondriac"a character from Shrinking Universe, this is pretty much the equivalent of a profile, expect one for each character.
I'm back on track with SU, I have a pretty much perfect story now, full of action, emotion and make-sense-ness.
Not that you asked but I don't request critiques because I know some great people on here who can tell me right from wrong and don't ask for anything in return, I wish I could return the favour but I'm bad a reviewing art, all I can ever say is "great" or "looks good."
thanks alot to those people that give me that sort of support, it keeps me going.~

Oookay, this one actually only has two flaws I see, and that is the hair looks a bit....too puffy? (What the hell am I saying, Mercenaries hair is too spikey) And his left (Our right) Ankle looks very much to small.
Now then, the texture is a great pick, and the expression is great as well. I like it, a lot. The fading effect (Or..whatever you want to call it) Is a very very nice touch.

puffy hair is puffy because Aleski has hair that usually droops, but in this context his rage has caused it to defy gravity! (see, I can make up excuses)
the legs were rushed lol
I have no idea what people see in my expressions, they always seem extremely bland to me, I should really improve them, give each character unique facials like classic Disney does!
I used several textures, a handkerchief, a paint blotch air brush and some scratched metal. And I gotta say I love how it turned out :3
I used the fading affect so I would have a place to put my icons when I used this pictures as a screen saver XD

I was drawing all through elementary, doodling rather than learning (No regrets!)
but I only decided to focus on manga art when I got to high school
so about 3 years I would say :/

cool. yeah i did some classes during primary school but they sucked. then i jusst started with random crap which turned out to be those pattern thingies i do, and i went through a massive painting phase, got over it, and here i am ^^ lol good times when i drew stick people.
