I love this just as much as the first one!
If I had to complain, I would say you used the pirate emblem from the cartoon (the one that Skurvy and his pirate crew use) for his hat. The pirate Kremlings in DKC2 used a different looking emblem.
Actually, it kind of makes me wonder what would happen if Kaptain K. Rool or his crew would've appeared in the cartoon at some point. Then again, King K. Rool is already the main antagonist, so Kaptain must've been a relative or another one of the King's rivals to make any kind of sense if that happened.
