Since I'm just uploading multiple pics unintentionally lately, here's a deliberate one for fun.

Down below is the original concept for my DnD Character, Kohuma the Tortle Barbarian, since he has a pirate background, I redesigned him to look more Snapping Turtle like and have a few more Pirate-like Qualities. While I don't have too much, his overall characteristics is that he tends to take charge of everything, very loud, cocky, brash and can be quite cruel and vicious, he is quite fair however and he can be a nice guy, but it overall boils down to who is interacting with him, as for his Pirate Background, he does crimes of course, but sometimes he'll play by the book and try to do things carefully, or guns blazing, really, his motives and alignment depends on his mood.

One last thing, he is totally inspired by King K.Rool and Bowser.
