Here is my other character concept for my "Sonic Beast Machines."
This character here is named Cyber Cheeta, who's robot-mode is designed straight from the "TransTech" concept for Cheetor:

REAL NAME: Dash Maxwell Cheeta
ROBOT NAME: Cyber Cheeta
AGE: 17
SEX: Male
SPECIES: Cheeta
ALLIANCE: Maximal
SPEICALTY: Foot Soldier

INFO:
Dash has been racing ever since her old enough to walk. Infact, some think he learned how to run first! Wether it's track or sport car racing, Dash has always enjoyed competition whenever and wherever he could find it. He's very out-going and sometimes can be a bit hot-headed. His only weakness is his love for R.C.
After the Maximal Leader Cheetor (mind you, this take place after Optimus Primal dies) reformats Dash, he inharits Cheetor's beast-mode (with some differences), and can run up to speeds as fast as 200 mph. But his robot-mode, however, is a different story. He has light-energy wheels on his feet and shoulders, with the shoulder wheels serving as gyros that can rotate his lower-arms a full 360 degrees, to deliver quick, powerful punches. His feet-wheels serve as roller-blades, with which he can run up to 400 mph, making him one of the fastest Maximals on Cybertron!

Cyber was the first Sonic-Maximal I designed, which I got the ideas from the "TransTech" Cheetor design, in which the character actually did have wheels on his arms and feet. I thought the design was cool, and I figured why not try it out. I did both his beast-mode and robot-mode in seperate files, each took about 8 hours to work on. I had some difficult times while doing the lineart, but I was able to do some fixing and such.
Total time in PhotoShop was about 12 hours.

I hope I come up with more designs someday, but for now, these two will have to do, or at least until I get some other thing taken care off!
