Description The Baikal Class Mobile Subspace Transmitter is a pre-TOS (and pre Federation) design by Masao Okazaki at the "Starfleet Museum". And can be found here

A good Subspace Transmitter is a must have! Cellphone transmission really crap out past Betelgeuse. It good to know that even outlining colonies can enjoy some HBO!

It's an old United Earth ship. This is pre Federation, to the point where the NX Class wasn't even an idea, yet.
