The Comet Class Light Cruiser is another pre-TOS (pre-Federation) design by Masao Okazaki at the "Starfleet Museum". And can be found here [link]

Note: Due to the success of the Fireball Class Experimental Cruiser, the design was militarized, and went into production as the Comet Class. This is also the precurser to the Daedalus Class.
