I don't see Henry's arrogance in the shows at all for some reason.

Well Henry's personality has kinda come and gone here and there in both the RWS and the TV series. He's not as cocky and arrogant as Gordon but can be a lil arrogant but then he can be very helpful. TV series as well. Now adays he's seem to have more or less reverted to his season 3 personality with some hints of helpfulness.
