Blue Soldier- Cannon Fodder and Meat Shield for the most important targets.
Red Elite- Can frustrate and tear the hairs off those unlucky enough to get shot at.
Yellow Thug- What's he happy about? He's either fodder for weapon hunters and completionists.

Let me guess for the remaining units:
Green soldiers (machine gun) - similar reaction as the red soldier
Green soldiers (rocket launcher) - similar reaction as the red soldier
Blue claw soldiers - an irritant than an actual threat as long as the player shoots first
White soldiers - Cannon Fodder and Meat Shield for the most important targets but can lay surprise shots
Jungle knife soldiers - similar reaction as the red soldier for range attacks and blue claw soldiers for close attacks
