I keep finding myself coming back to this set of data. This image was only my third try at a proper deep sky object with my telescope. At the time I thought my original processing of the data was pretty good but now with a bit more experience I thought I would see what I could make of it now. I've been clicking back and forth on your two versions of this for a while and I think I've finally become brave enough to voice my opinion... here goes!
I've not seen a great deal of images of this particular nebula, but I think your first version is better where the pinks and purples are concerned. In this version they look a lil bit more washed out. That's likely just due to the other one being over saturated though. Though I must say, from the same set of data the amount of extra stars revealed is bloody incredible!!
Did you crop this image at all? It just seems significantly larger in the frame that I expected a lot of DSO's to be

Sure seems cleaner and less noisy to me but then I'm not a very good judge of that. I guess if i was looking to buy a print of this shot this is the version I would want

You've learned well and fast Greg. So many beautifull images over the past year. So happy(jealous)you had such a great run of good imaging weather. You should send this shot to Sky&Telescope.
