Description "What is this odd colour?"

Jester the tropical dragon, coloured and shaded commission for =GoredGuar . He uses his tongue to ensnare fruits, the same way a chameleon uses it's tongue to catch preys.

It's not a rainbow buffalo, but it certainly gets close to it.
