Stupendous work! I love how you colored the water so richly detailed to look just like the real thing, from the aqua blue through the Caribbean green to every shade in between.Β
And the light affect shimmering off her scales was a added touch as well.
Vaporeon was always one of my favorite evolutions, I wanna say it is my second fave after UmbreonΒ Β

Very nice! I like the depth of color in the water, from the blue through the green to the murk and the grit of the dirt. Water doesn't have to be crystal-clear to be pretty!
