I think one of the creepiest things about Slenderman is that it is never officially said about what exactly he does with the children and is left to interpret.
Sometimes it is that he simply eats them or kill them , sometimes to protect them , sometimes to raise them as proxies .

well, opinions divided, some people think he's kidnapping them to do whatever nasty gory things he likes to do to the ones he kidnaps, but some people think that kids got lost in a forest and he's leading them out of it
