I drew this because of a few reasons. For one I was inspired by one of the AMVs in the contest at Otakuthon this year with this character and this song (title). The song basically says no matter how difficult of a time your having, if you stand through it all you'll eventually find your way. The song has been in my head a lot today. Yes its in pencil, a rare thing from me these days seeing as I mostly do digital now, but its good to go back to old ways too.

Secondly its Sakura because she was the character in stated AMV and she was really badass in that amv. I also have a soft spot for Sakura, she shows a lot of courage and selflessness. She is a strong character and I love that about her. She's also wearing Syaoran's cloak like she was in the amv (which featured Tokyo Revalations)

Lastly I think I've finally come to terms with my anxiety. I've learned through years of work that things you worry about are excessive concern over things that most likely aren't even that huge of a deal. Once you realize and break down your fears, they really aren't threatening anymore. You are stronger than your fears, and you are strong enough to beat the odds.
