I like the way you drew the picture to look like a painting, the effect is well done. However, I do see some things to point out: his eye brow is a bit too thick, looks kind of like someone took a sharpie to his face. His neck is just a touch too long, not by much, but just noticeable. Lastly, the blood, it has a completely covering effect, which means there’s quite a bit if it so it should be running.
Even so, this is a well done piece, I like how you captured the eyes and the shading and highlights especially in the hair give the picture a more realistic depth to it. This style seems to suit you well.

Before I point out some possible flaws, I must say I love the skin e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> especially in the shoulder area. It looks pretty well done to me, and you can see the bone line, and I have no other way to put it except it's just great.

Now, the cuts. Yeah, you are trying out cuts for the first time. These aren't bad, but I think if you want a professional look, I would possibly draw marks on the skin, like the actual cuts, tehn create a layer above that and do the blood. It may not seem to make too much of a difference but from the image in my head I think it would look fanominal.

This is really cool. Nice use of colors and you used a good technique for the shading for this kind of picture.

There are somethings you could edit to make it look even better in which I'm sure you will.

What I first noticed was that the ear is not so detailed. By adding a thin lineart (maybe a 3-4 airbrush size) to make the . I'd also make the eye line a bit cleaner and maybe some dirty places below them. For the hair, you can make a more of a realistic and messy hair. I have a hair tutorial here:

I haven't try making wounds at all but in one piece. But, I'd suggest making tiny scars on the edges.
