I really like how you've captured this! You've definitely captured the shyness of this child, and the black and white really compliments it. The only thing I'd suggest is using a larger aperture to get a sharper image. You chose a f stop of 3.5 for this, but because you used a focal length of 195mm that leads me to believe you were a ways away from the subject. Because you were so far away and used the aperture you did, there's going to be very little in focus and in this case I'm not sure where the spot in focus is. Other than that it's lovely!
