Description
So this is an idea I came up with while still working on other projects. It came to me around Halloween and I decided to just go through with it since I couldn't stop thinking about it. This a new Power rangers team I call "Power Rangers Relic" and there theme is around classic Monsters.

So the basic story is this. There is a group of witches known as "The Coven" who have been capturing humans brainwashing them and turning them into monsters to serve in their army. Humans having fought with them for centuries were able to create weaponry to battle these monsters and protect themselves. The Coven decided they must increase their strength as well. They chose their 5 best monsters to test out a new weapon "The Morphers" that would increase their strength and finally conquer the humans. However something went wrong when they tested out the weapon. Whatever power that was keeping the 5 monsters brainwashed was broken by the new weapon. They soon were able to take control of themselves and escaped The Coven and their army and hid.

They were able to sneak into a city and found a cathedral deep in the woods to hide and in and soon found that even though they were free they have no memories of their lives before they were turned into monsters and that when turning back into their human forms they still retained some of the qualities of the monster they turned into. (Example being the red ranger finds herself with a thirst for blood every now and then)

They realized that the weapon that they have "The Morphers" was what broke the brainwashing and is the only thing keeping the brainwashing from activating again meaning they can never take them off until they are free.

The Coven who are now furious that they are unable to find the 5 begin to send monsters down to the city to hunt down the deserters and their weapon. The 5 realize that The Coven will not stop hunting them and decide to use the weapon against the army and transform into Relic Power Rangers.

So it's rough summary but it was an idea. I plan to do bios of each character and what they look like in their civilian attire and I want to draw out their base which is the abandoned Cathedral they find in the woods. I have a lot of ideas for that.
