I've used a couple different fish.
one is the Coelacanth By Kaiyodo dinotales.
And the other is the schleich sawfish.

just looked them up awesome. the schleich sawfish is said to be the natural food source of the spino. and the Coelacanth is supposely still alive today but very rare.

I think now in this description, you need to update it as well, regarding how accurate the real spinosaurus looked due to new discoveries

I wouldn't say it had weak jaws. Some of the fish it lived with had scales thicker than bone.
