Description A 12 x 12 cms pencil portrait, using a brilliant stock image by as reference. [link]

This was produced to be sold for charity for an extremely good cause, the MS Trust. [link] in their Secret Art Show. The bidding went live today, and I'm so thrilled to report that some wonderful person has brought my drawing. Thank you In light of this, I thought it would be OK to submit this here now.

Thanks Patrick. We were given a small square of thick water-colour paper to work upon and this probably accounts for the textured pattern

I noticed some people had submitted photos, prints and a section of quilting. So I'm guessing if something fits within a 12cm square, it should be considered too.

That didn't have any time to collect dust, that's fantastic that it sold so quickly.

Very nice work and if you can do a few more to sell yourself then Swindon will be able to afford Christmas lights again this year.

Haha in recent years, Swindon's Christmas lights have looked a bit sparse and naff. I think they need a reminder a bit of colour would help.

I'm really chuffed it sold on the first day of bidding. The wonderful buyer has saved me the embarrassment of it failing to sell. The sales looked very healthy earlier, so hopefully a lot of money is being raised.
