Description Yes, Chibi Usa, from Sailor Moon (by Naoko Takeuchi).

Although Chibi Usa could sometimes very annoying, I imagined her as a gentle and thoughtful young woman.

WARNING: this is an OLD drawing. I mean, really old. I do see the flaws, but just wanted to show the idea, the feeling of this drawing.

She looks really well but the silver crystal effects caught my eye since the first moment i watched the pic

Thanks, the crystal effects are actually not so hard to do; it's basically a halo around the crystal, lightly shaded; a few straight lines coming out radially; and some sparkles.
