yup, I know exactly what you mean. I thought the same. There is something not quite right about the angle. Thanks about the shading

I think the thing I am most pleased with is the eyes... you can;t really see it so well in this photo though.

You should definately try drawing some animals. The trick to it is get your basic outline, then just let your pencil follow the line of the animals fur.
