Yes... I quietly seethe at the similar themes. But to be honest, any story that has to do with dragonriders and bonding is a rip of Dragonriders of Pern (IMHO). That, to me, is the Grandmother of all Dragon Rider stories. Rock on Anne McCaffrey. Rock on.
