This model and shot is absolutley beautiful and definatley deserved a DD. 
Nobody wants to hear your shit, and I feel terrible for the artist for getting all of these terrible comments on this work of art, and for the model who people are claiming is too skinny when clearly she isn't.

To all who say she's too thin, to all those who say that she is not a real woman, and to all those who believe that this is the wrong body type to potray and that this is discrimination to "real women" - YOU are the ones who are discriminating. This is a body type too. This is not anorexia.
I do not see knobs on her arms. I do not see her upper ribs. I cannot see the majority of her bone structure. Yes, this is the body type that the media views as beautiful, but that does not mean nobody has it or it is impossible to achieve. Yes, some women may never look like that. Who cares? Find your own beauty.
Love the body you own. Respect the bodies of others.

It's really sad that at the beginning of this month it was Respect Models Week here on deviantART. A lot of people worked hard to show their respect for all models here on dA and they tried really hard to pound the idea into the communities head that disrespecting models in any fashion is....well....fucked up. This woman is clearly not 'too skinny', but that has been said by enough people that I don't need to reiterate. She is obviously healthy and takes care of herself and her body...but that's also been said enough. The other thing that has been said enough is this: the people who are calling this woman anorexic or too skinny or whatever are in fact jealous. What is wrong with this woman besides NOTHING?

People need to learn to keep their opinions to themselves when it comes to that kind of crap. If you have a problem with a DD feature take it up with the proper GM or other staff member...and if your problem has anything to do with the looks of the model....prepare to be IGNORED. They don't choose DD features based on looks. dA is not supposed to be home to the shallow assholes of the world...it is supposed to be home to ARTISTS.

She is beautiful! Shes toned, and her skin glows. She hardly looks like shes starving, like many idiots claim, but looks as though she works very hard to look as good as she does in this photo. And she very much looks like she is naturally thin. Her curves alone should quell peoples opinions on her being of an eating disorder and the like. Her metabolism is probably very high.
Either way, gorgeous shot, very lovely indeed <3

She is absolutely gorgeous, and to those who say she is too skinny, obviously can't see the fact that she is naturally thin, and very healthy (which is obvious if you look at her abdomen- which is nicely toned.) The lighting and the subtle contrast really bring this piece out, and I just love the fact that it's so very tastefully done. Congrats on the DD (I know, I'm late.) It's well deserved!

Grats on the DD. It was well deserved. LOVE that strong bounced light on her right arm (our left) Its subtle, but when you see it, it really pulls you in for a second. Model is stunning as well. Hopefully you're laughing off the comments of the jealous (and ugly, lol)

you guys need to stop trying too damn hard in finding flaws in other people. The people who say she's too skinny and is gross are because they are obviously jealous. Think about it.
Sure, da has some weird and inappropriate images from time to time, but if you want to comment on that, do so and give critique, NOT the model. Saying "she's too skinny" or "she doesn't look healthy" isn't really good critique and will not help the model in any way.
Think hard about it. Before you spit out nonsense words out of your mouth saying how someone is too thin or gross, imagine your own reaction if someone called you fat if you really were fat and overweight. It is the same thing, and I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate it and get offended, right?

If you're going to critique, critique the technical aspects, NOT the model or the photographer.
She is NOT too thin. She is healthy. Maybe she can't gain weight?

-In my opinion the model looks beatiful and the picture is very well taken, even flawless I could say. I honestly dont see how she is "too skinny" she has breasts and she has no bones sticking out or anything. Her figure is nice and healthy looking. Anyway, who cares what kind of woman she is or what kind of figure or clothes she has? Its just a goddamn PICTURE, a glamour portrait, and a good one as I already said.
-We are here on dA to appreciate art, well at least some of us, and this is not myspace where people "whore" themselves out with pictures in underwear. It is a shame there are people here who obviously dont understand what a glamour portrait is and come around bashing the model. How low and disrespectful! The photo is outstanding. I love how vivid the colors are, and I find the composition very good.
