last Friday I was watching the latest pixar movie elemental on disney, and the film inspired me to do some simpsons drawings .and alot of those drawings are of pregnant lenny and some with carl, who is the father of the child (obviously). now, I would like to tell a little story behind this art if you don't mind. lenny and carl are a married couple. after years of casually dating and making their love official they both decided to ask the question. after one year of being happily together they decided to start a family. lenny is a trans man so carl is able to get him pregnant, but their first attempt at getting Lenny pregnant failed. lenny really wanted to have a baby so seeing the negative results on his pregnancy test and hearing what dr. Hibbert had to say left him feeling very distraught. and while Carl was a little unsure about the idea he knew deep down, having children is something 's he's always wanted, especially as a child who was adopted into his family. and it just broke his heart to see lenny so upset. for a while they both just kind of accepted the fact that they would be a childless couple, despite how much it hurt them inside, but one night magic was about to happen. all of a sudden lenny was feeling nauseous in the mornings and at work and he couldn't stand donuts anymore but at the same time, was beginning to develop a strange appetite for muffins and burgers. homer suggested that lenny might actually be pregnant so carl took lenny to see a docter and lenny bought a pregnancy test and it was positive. lenny and carl were overjoyed and cried so hard that day. they were finally going to have a baby , they were going to be dads. they are currently expecting their first daughter ❤. every time carl comes home from work or shopping he'll ask lenny how he and the baby are doing and when lenny gives him permission he'll lean his head against the belly and tell the baby about his day at work, telling her all about how evil and old Mr. burns is😆. I do not own lenny Leonard and carl carlson, they are owned by 20th century fox and matt groening.
