what I didn't understand in that episode, is when he get's into the tub. If he's considered naked when his flap is up, why wasn't it up?

Those hands are not crap! Mine would probably look like someone chopped them off, found them a year later, then sewed them back on. (Or is it :iconrsbensonfacepalmplz: ?)
