What's Hartman's full name? I'd love to see! Hips are one of my favorite things to draw.

He is Butch Hartman, did a lot of classic cartoons like Dexter's Lab and Fairly Oddparents, and he does some other ones like Kim Possible and Danny Phantom. The trope is "Hartman Hips" [link] which is to say that in the absence of giant breasts, people draw ladies with giant hips instead.
