— Raspberry Tartlets with Lemon Curd

These are just some basic tartlets I made for my birthday tea party a few weeks back. They were so good I could have eaten a hundred but unfortunately I only made about 40 and they disappeared really quickly. ^ - ^
The tart pastry is a cream cheese tart from a recipe I found on allrecipes:

Unfortunately, when I tasted the dough it wasn't very sweet and seemed more suited for a savoury tart rather than a dessert tart. So I added 1/4 cup of sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
I wish I could have made the lemon curd from scratch but I didn't have enough time or eggs for that matter.
I'll definitely try it for next time. ^ - ^
