Also, since there has been some confusion: They are not speaking English, they are speaking Galactic Standard translated into English. Being from another planet, they have never before come into contact with human languages. I was hoping that could be inferred without me saying anything, but, er, not everyone is picking up on it. Which I suppose shouldn't surprise me, since I never actually implied anywhere that they're not speaking English.
