Kila really has nothing to complain about. It isn't Rios fault her voice made Kila throw the phone away and hit her hand with a hammer.

True, but Rio had plenty of options that were not 'take someone who wants to arrest my friend and put her in jail for life directly to where she is staying' and didn't involve staying on the phone. Several parties are likely at fault here...
