Description
A long overdue contest prize for *b24beanz of an unanimated icon that I decided to mildly animate as an apology for the long wait!

I cleaned up the pixels, too ;v;" As much as cleaning up pixels is a pain, it makes the icon look so much better...

And the background was a pain and then I realized that the character would block the stars anyways so what's the point pfff

I also made a random border that's super hard to see as well ;; Wowee I'm a dumb
