Ultimate Brainstorm is a massive tank of a creature, matching his unevolved form's natural predator in height. His shell has become hardened to a ludicrous degree, making a Vicetopus' attempts to grab him likely to end in it impaling itself on one of his multiple spikes.

Ultimate Brainstorm's carapace no longer opens, instead growing a natural vent that allows him to discharge electricity without exposing his brain. His ability to generate and control electricity far exceeds his unevolved form's, with him gaining the ability to manipulate the electrons in the air to change the weather. This allows him to bring a literal storm down on his enemies, along with whatever other weather phenomena may be convenient for him at the time.
