Description

Leslie is a daughter of an archmage who was born and raised in Scotland, but went traveling the world to unveil the secrets of the divine; in which she now resides in a cottage near Skyworld to further her studies. Ever since she was a wee lass, she loved reading; absorbing ancient knowledge passed down from generation to generation. She practiced magic at a young age, as well. Attending a private magic academy suited only for the most talented. When not wandering the continent, Leslie helps out her mother; an archmage, at the Great Library, a massive repository for Earth’s literature; marked with an enormous tree. The library is also a hotspot for fellow magic users thanks to its unique amenities, making it a common meeting place for wizards and mages alike.
Being an heir to an archmage, Leslie seeks to surpass her mother when she takes the mantle. As a result, she devours the library’s spell books and tomes; and she carries one in particular that carries her family’s secrets. Naturally, she’s very curious and when she encounters a rather puzzling problem, she could find herself delving into manic episodes. Even outside of studies, she often finds herself caught up within her own passions, acting as the fire to Corrine’s ice.
When not in her studies, Leslie enjoys kickboxing. As she believes that an archmage must be adept at both magic and physical combat; incorporating fire into her melee attacks. Along with spells, it is shown that Leslie has some level of psychic powers; think telekinesis and mind-reading. But what she’s especially known for is her prowess over fire, as she can create roaring firestorms with a flick of a wrist. Using her heirloom tome, she’s able to bring forth the power of the Goddess of the Sun! With this temporary form, she becomes a mighty empress of fire! The intensity of her flames are like the blazing morning star, raising the temperature of the surrounding environment. Although, due to Leslie’s limited human body, the sheer heat of the raging holy fire within her can build up to the point that her entire body can combust in a fiery explosion; making this the more risky Divine Forms.
Leslie is an audacious girl who’s confident in her magic prowess and is willing to improve upon it, much to the pleasure of Corrine. Donning such power, Leslie sometimes uses magic to mess with people she deems ‘pestering’. Leslie also dislikes being called a witch, taking offense that she would go as low as causing trouble to the innocent; and she finds it a derogatory term for all magic users. Thanks to her relationship with Corrine, Leslie has easy access to Skyworld and uses it as a setting to study the divine as the two bond over archeology.. She might also have a thing for Palutena’s little commander; Pit. Leslie finds his chipper and dorky attitude rather adorable.
