Sometimes. I have a few more paintings where I'm trying to get a realistic look which includes natural pubic and armpit hair, so there will be more but I don't think I have that many right now.

It's taken me quite a while to get into line art. Here's what I do though: sketch everything out and then warp, flip and skew it to fix mistakes and proportions. Lower the opacity of the sketch and carefully draw clean lines on a new layer.
For the background, lower the opacity or use lighter shades to make the foreground subject pop with darker lines. I didn't use it here, but 3D programs like max and maya can be helpful for blocking out a background and getting the perspective right. I'll do that next time so they perspective is more accurate than this.
