Marchen means fairytale in what language again? The concept plays out showing elements of a fairy tale, the antagonist, protagonist/s and story book. And it reminds of some story from the Grimm brothers but i cant remember what

Well, I'll explain before I go to bed just so I can accomplish something today.
So theres a castle in the middle of the woods ruled by a really mean witch. Any man who steps with in range of this castle gets frozen until the witch finds him and takes his sword, and any maiden is frozen until the witch finds her and turns her into a bird, and cages her.
So like, one day jordina and jordinel say "LOLOLOL YEAH LETS GO IN THE WOODS THAT ARE SORTA CLOSE TO THE CASTLE, BUT WE WONT GET TOO CLOSE~~~ LOLOLOLOOOLOTROLLL"
they got too close
So Jordina gets turned into a bird, and her lover, jordinel is like "OH HELL NO" so he takes some many sad months/years(cant remember) to find a way to free her, until one day he has a dream. In this dream he sees a flower holding a pearl on the inside, and he can use this pearl to dispel the witches evil shiznit. So he spends days trying to find this pearl, until he finds a beautiful flower holding a dew drop as brilliant and large as a pearl, and hes like "YUPPP THATS IT"
So like, he takes the flower and walks to the witches grill, and says "YOOO WITCH, GIMME MY BOO BACK" and the witch is like "oh shiznit, i cant get close to him, or use any magic" so Jordinel gets his little birdy boo, and uses the dew drop to turn her back to normal, along with all of the other maidens who were turned into birds. THEEE ENDDDD
