holy shit i was not expecting to make something so detailed but im super proud of this! ^_^ i originally was just gonna post an uncolored sketch but was like idk maybe ill do more on it... and then i spent like 5 hours over the last day or two fleshing this out O_O;
its not quite to ... whatever i want it to be, but it's about as close as i can get it and is a HUGE step towards some of the vibe i really wanna get in my art!!! also really happy to say that this is the first finished piece im making on my new laptop.
i feel like i learned a lot with this piece and i am SO relieved that i managed to make something of this caliber. i think sometimes i worry that i've lost the skillset to make things like this and i've been so busy and hindered by my previous setup being bad that i wasn't able to work on the stuff i DID otherwise have the means to make. overall, super happy!!!
