ROFL recently i started to messure thigns on the 6-7 Head lenth scale. I guess each head = a foot OxO ? Cause A young child would be about 4 heads.. orz Soconffusing!

i think you could use the foot or either hand for measuring too ^^
although such balance as chibi, her little hand would be difficult to measure..

measuring by the head is just for balancing the proportions. Even if we draw by instinct we're always thinking in the balance so it's normal

I really love real life/anime comparisons.
You can see the anatomy skills of the artist very clearly, as well as see the exaggeration in the anime style compared to real life drawings.
