Wiccan? Is that some Wizard or Druid because I based his outfit on outfits you'd see on one of those two. Gave him the triskelion mark and a Pauldron. I gave him a peasant's top and a scarf to cover half his face and identity.
I looked him up to see what you're talking about and I only see in common that they both have black hair and a hooded cloak. I definitely wouldn't say exactly but I do see how he could remind you of him.

Sorry, wasn't trying to accuse you of anything, just immediately popped into my head since Dick and him are two of my favorite characters and I noticed similarities between the hair, cloak, hood, top, and of course the magic. Still love the design and the idea here and the art style's great too. ^_^
