I decided to draw this little gremlin for "Give me six characters to make fanart of!" challenge, because he stares at me the entire time I sit at my desk. I have a plush of this child and it is sitting to the side of my monitor.
Anyways Bowser is my favorite Mario character, and my main is Smash. And Mario Sunshine is my favorite Mario game, the game that introduced this goober. Which is why I decided to draw him as he appears in that game.

I also tried Cel-shading again.
