This is a rather lovely illustrative piece. It reminds me of a children's book illustration.
I like the words thatgo with the image too, they add a lot of interest. Did you write them yourself?

The frame works well to contain and draw focus on the girl, although she does look a little off-centre.

The biggest issue would be the presentation of the piece. Although you're aware of it the blurriness does detract from the piece somewhat. Itwould be worth adding a little pressure (not too much) to the lid of the scanner to ensure it lies flat on the scanner bed. Also there's a bit of debris on the top left which could be removed from the image using image editing software.

I'd also watch the watercolour bleed as it has made some of the colours a bit muddy, suck as the black bleeding into the gold frame, and the red on the arms. Try to make sure the colour reaches the edges as well, like the bottom of the arm on the left.
It will help if you leave the first colour to dry before applying an adjacent colour if you want to avoide bleeding at the edges.

Hiya! I found this work via the trad-media crique day so I thought I'd stop by and leave a message

I really love the concept of the work, the mask and the inside out is really lovely. There are a couple of points I'd like to make about improvement though. Firstly the red to black gradient really lets the piece down a little. It seems to go red to white to black because of the way you've faded it. I feel that you should have faded the red directly into the black (by slowly adding black paint little at a time instead of water) to really allow the darkness to be opressive towards the figure.
Secondly, if you're going to add type, really take care to do it properly. You should spend almost as long on type as you do on the dreawing, instead of just writing it in your handwriting, measure it out and make sure it sits perfectly and is written just right. The top type isn't even centred. Type is difficult and it takes a while but if you put the time and effort in it can really make a piece like this sing.
Also watch your bleeding with your watercolour, such as the red round the arms bleeding into the type banners. If you don't want things to bleed wait for it to be dry before painting things next to each other, then no bleed will occur.
