I think in this case, my life DOES depend on it.Exactly.
BAM! Against all odds (namely the jarring cacophony that is my morning and evening bus ride home), I started and finished this today.
Something tells me Alt-Candace is very protective of her brothers, to the point of keeping them as sheltered as she can. Which means she doesn't share the laser gun (which I didn't draw because I conveniently ran out of space on the page
).AT2D madness is setting in! I'm FREAKING OUT!

No kid, you don't get it. Bullets explode and ricochet on contact. Shooting a robot with firearms will produce twice as much shrapnel and the kickback from the blast could knock us right out of the cart. We use lasers for precision accuracy, for cutting metal right clean in two. Minimize the explosion radius, minimize the amount of shrapnel, minimize the danger to oneself. First rule of staying alive down here, kid.
This isn't Toy Story. Lasers are more than just light bulbs.

AltCandace: Dont ask.
